Located just 3 miles south of Troncones and 15 miles north of Ixtapa, this is the ideal place for your tranquil beach vacation. There are no vendors and very few people. Just sun, sand, abundant wildlife, waves and a nice ocean breeze.
Playa Buenavista is at the north end of Playa Pantla. It is a large stretch of sandy beach set alongside coconut palm trees for as far as the eye can see.
The area is home to a huge variety of birds and other animals. There is a current project under way that involves sea turtle rescue and support.
